When you’re comfortable with MS Office, despite the sharing and real-time collaboration advantages, the leap to Google Docs can seem just too much! Then there’s all your existing Word, Excel and Powerpoint files, will they all need reworking?
Fret no more! MS has replicated just about every Google feature in a very familiar Office environment. It’s web-based so will run on any device with a browser. It has all the common MS Office menu items and features, plus it allows sharing and real time collaboration. There are even forms for collecting survey / quiz data in spreadsheets.
I’m not aware of any scripting / add-in capability yet, but I’m sure it won’t be far away.
